The VSS service begins at our engineering office. Regardless of whether the planning of a new plant or the modernisation of an old plant is concerned: The first step will consist of a precise analysis of the situation, followed by a consultation and our suggested solution.

The VSS service offers you maintenance works at regular intervals, carried out by competent personnel. Advice regarding the maintenance intervals is given when the system is delivered in order to ensure a long service life for the plant, and to guarantee the safety of the operating personnel and the environment. Besides the cleaning of the plant, maintenance also includes the examination of the systems for measurement and control, calibration of the probes applied, and inspection of the electrical equipment, including a check of the electric cables, which may be affected by chemical influences, namely acids and vapours.

The VSS service relies on trained and experienced installation personnel who are familiar with our plants as a result of longstanding cooperation. Our service will also be at your disposal once your plant has been installed. At any time.

The VSS service also assists you in the procurement of spare parts. Because at some time or other, even the best system will need spare parts as a matter of routine or as a result of wear and tear. And when the time comes: We will give you advice and procure the required spare part – also for the plants of other plant constructors, where required – and will naturally try to get the fastest possible delivery date.

The VSS service starts with a problem analysis and ends with the solution to the problem. In this way, our team is also at your disposal when an existing plant is to be employed for new applications or when plants which have been closed down need to be repaired and re-activated.

VSS-Umwelttechnik understands the relevance of pragmatic solutions which aim for a reasonable cost-benefit ratio. Therefore, when problems occur, we carry out an initial on-site analysis. In some cases, the desired increase in efficiency may already be achieved by extension or conversion of the existing plant which is more cost-effective than the purchase of a new system.
