The VTech 50 Pressure Decay Leak Test System performs a U.L. Burst Test and Pressure Decay Leak Test, in coils, compressors or refrigeration units. The VTech 50 can be configured as follows: Standard configuration with slope top enclosure. Cabinet with Integrated safety hood and conveyor system.

The VTech PD Pressure Decay Leak Test System is a low-cost, bench-top instrument for detecting gross leaks in sealed refrigeration circuits and components. A Pressure Decay Leak test is highly recommended prior to tracer gas fine leak testing in order to avoid contamination of the test area. In specific applications, where a low leak rate resolution is sufficient, a PD test may be all is required.

The VTech MRC-HC-S Automatic Evacuation and Refrigerant Charging System is designed for safely and accurately charging flammable refrigerants (e.g. R290, R600a, R170, R32 and others) in high productivity environments such as Domestic Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. The VTech MRC-HC-S can also be configured for mixed productions of HC and HFC-HFO refrigerants on the same production line with barcode selection of the cycle. Compressor oil charging capability is also available. Custom configurations for specific requirements can be designed using standard equipment modules.

VTech ultrasonic welders are specifically designed to hermetically seal copper tubes of refrigeration circuits. They are available for use in both hazardous and non-hazardous environment, complying with international safety standards such as ATEX and NFPA70 Class I, Div. II. The equipment is primarily composed of a digital ultrasonic generator and an ergonomically designed welding body, The AutoSet software allows a wide flexibility of use in terms of both copper tube thickness, hardness, as well as tube position, thus eliminating the most common causes of an incorrect weld.

The VTech VTP12 Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump is a medium size pump suitable for a wide variety of non-corrosive uses including evacuating small components and refrigeration systems in a repair or R&D type enviroment.
