Process selection and design are the most important phases for the overall success of process plants. This is where the course is set for product quality, system availability, costs and deadlines.

To implement your plant, we work on all requirements in detail, and monitor the implementation phase on behalf of the client: Plant design; Recording existing plants with 3D laser scanning; Layout with 3D modelling from concept; Pipeline planning, pipe stress calculation, isometries; Steel construction planning; Detailed specification of pipelines, fittings and apparatuses.

VTU develops innovative processes for you, in our own laboratories and technical centres, with a highly qualified team. Our competences reach from separation processes, e. g. evaporation, distillation, absorption or extraction, to reaction technology right up to electrochemistry and photochemistry. The expertise in the various treatment technologies enables the development of tailor made combinations of procedures for e. g. production, waste water purification or solvent recovery. VTU process developments allows our customers to implement process ideas in large plants, economically and safely.

VTU also provides plant engineering expertise in the form of turn-key plants. Thereby, the focus is on process engineering, complex tasks and technologies for separation processes such as distillation, extraction, and absorption.
