The ACHIEVE series is a suite of tailor-made catalytic solutions, optimized to meet specific refinery opportunities while not exceeding operating constraints. Grace launched the first product in the series, ACHIEVE 400 FCC catalyst, in response to the tight oil revolution in the United States. ACHIEVE 400 is designed to mitigate the observed octane debits associated with cracking tight oils. This breakthrough technology has delivered an economic uplift on the order of $3-7M/yr in multiple commercial applications due to the boost in slurry conversion, FCC naphtha octane, and butylene yield.　

The AURORA catalyst family is the industry benchmark for attrition resistance and our most flexible catalyst formulation. AURORA catalysts can be formulated over the widest range of hydrogen transfer activity, with low to moderate matrix activity and metals passivation technologies. AURORA maximizes liquid yield and minimizes coke and gas make in applications that span a wide range of feeds types and contaminant metals levels.

he ALCYON catalyst family was introduced in 2010 and is particularly well suited for low metals applications. ALCYON catalyst delivers the highest activity of any catalytic technology available by enhancing the rate of cracking. This catalyst delivers its activity with better coke selectivity and catalyst stability, providing the delta coke that refiners need while maintaining high conversion against an air blower constraint. ALCYON allows refiners the opportunity to re-optimize their unit operation to maximize conversion and profitability yet remain within their operating limits.

SYLOBEAD molecular sieves are effective adsorbents for industrial gases such as synthesis gas, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, noble gases, and others that often need to dry and free of impurities for later use.

Grace pioneered the use of silica matting agents. SYLOID^® silica products are the leading silica matting agents worldwide today. They are well defined, highly porous, synthetic amorphous silica (SiO2) of high purity. Grace continues to develop silica, surface treatments, and milling technologies to address evolving market demands.

SHIELDEX non-phosphate, chromium free anti-corrosive pigments protect metal when used in coil coating primers, general industrial primers, and primers for automotive and marine coatings. This highly effective, post-addable corrosion inhibitor meets the strictest environmental standards and requirements, providing a non-toxic alternative to chrome (VI) and zinc phosphate compounds to produce environmentally-compliant paints and radiation cured coatings. SHIELDEX^® rust-inhibiting pigment performance has been extensively tested under a variety of conditions and has been proven by accelerated and innovative natural weathering technology.

Today, extending titanium dioxide is more important than ever. Grace`s SYLOWHITE™ Titanium Dioxide (TiO₂) Extender is a crystalline silica free alternative to titanium dioxide. It can reduce the amount of titanium dioxide required in decorative paints, primers, industrial coatings, and printing inks without negatively affecting opacity and brightness. Replacement of up to 20% wt./wt. TiO₂ is typical in optimized formulations. Grace SYLOWHITE™ provides an alternative to maintain manufacturing continuity when supplies of titanium dioxide are limited or costly. SYLOWHITE™ SM 405 Silicate is a precipitated amorphous sodium aluminum silicate with a particle size of less than 6.0 µm, and is well established as a cost-effective Titanium Dioxide Extender for various coating applications.
