This machine separates the material into 2 fractions  “Heavy and Light”. The heavy material falls through the air stream in front of the rotating drum and the light fraction is conducted over the rotating drum into the expansion chamber where the airspeed is reduced and the light fraction is collected onto a discharge conveyor and the air returns to the main fan.

This machine separates the material into 3 fractions  “Heavy, Middle heavy and Light”. The heavy material falls through the air stream in front of the rotating drum and the light fraction is conducted over the rotating drum into the expansion chamber where the airspeed is reduced and the light fraction is collected onto a discharge conveyor and the air returns to the main fan, this is repeated again in a second separator and expansion chamber.

This machine separates the material into 4 fractions  “Heavy, Middle heavy, Middle light and Light”.  The heavy material falls through the air stream in front of the rotating drum and the light fraction is conducted over the rotating drum into the expansion chamber where the airspeed is reduced and the light fraction is collected onto a discharge conveyor and the air returns to the main fan, this is repeated again twice in a second and third separator and expansion chamber.nsion chamber.
