The Customs Products line supplies a wide variety of custom formulated and blended products for many industrial and commercial applications.  Originally a manufacturer of janitorial products, Walker Emulsions has expanded the product offerings in this area over the years.  Soaps, cleaners, release agents, lubricants, pre-treatment chemicals, coolants, and automotive waxes are only a few examples of the products available.  Package sizes from 4 ounces to tank trucks are possible and private label programs are encouraged.  Custom formulation or blending of proprietary products are both available.  Logistical support and local warehousing make the Custom Products business unit a real advantage to many customers.

Our Fire Sprinkler Products provide a variety of chemicals for the fire sprinkler industry. Walker Emulsions was one of the first manufacturer’s to provide chlorine free thread oil. Walker Emulsions is dedicated to improving and developing new state of the art products designed specifically for the fire sprinkler industry. We manufacture a variety of thread oils including the latest chlorine free “System Compatible” thread oil, full synthetic band saw coolant, food grade propylene glycol and glycerin based anti-freeze. Walker Emulsions prides itself in manufacturing the highest quality products with the most economical pricing in the chemical industry.

A minus 25mm (1″) to 5mm (3/16″) screened material that is a proper blend of 19mm (3/4″) Clear, 13mm (1/2″) Clear and 7mm (1/4″) Clear products. When this material is blended with sand and asphalt cement it produces a base course of Asphalt for roads and parking lots.

Halifax Soil Amendment 0.8 - 1.0 - 0.5 is processed sewage (biosolids) that is a by-product of waste water treatment that has been treated with Cement Kiln Dust. The mixing, drying and pasteurizing produces a granular material for use as a liming material in agriculture with nutrients and organic matter.
