Dave Wall, President

They say he’s got bins in his blood. They might not be wrong about that. If you ask Dave Wall, president and founder of Wall Grain Handling Systems, what his first memories of grain bins are, he’ll tell you about putting a bin up as a young boy, trying his best to help his father out. Sure, the bin wasn’t as big as they are now, but to a young Dave Wall it seemed huge. The fateful moment happened when steel met flesh and Dave found himself with a gash in his hand. That was the moment where grain bins got into his blood.

Through a chance encounter, an older Dave ended up working at a local bin dealer. There he discovered his passion for service. Realizing that it was the customer who made the company successful, Dave struck out on his own, starting Wall Grain and penning his famous mission statement: Giving Service is the #1 Priority. Maybe you’ve seen the black, white and red on our trucks and wondered what that could be for. Dave knew that if he could keep service on top, then soon he’d be #1 in Grain Systems! So, since 1984, our expert crews, experienced sales-reps, and innovative suppliers have all aimed for that one goal, which has put us where we are today: leaders in an industry that we’re proud to serve.
