After-Sales-Service
It is very important for Wamatech A/S to be known as a company with satisfied customers. We offer our customers after-sales-service contracts for our machines and installations to make you feel safe and secure about the performance of your equipment. We always participate in mounting and start-up of our installations – and we never leave the site until the installation runs satisfactorily. Help over the phone and by means of modem are standard procedures and if this is not enough, we or one of our cooperation partners will visit you to solve the problem.
Spare Parts Services
In general, main wearing parts can be delivered from day-to-day. We have our own stock with the most common wearing parts especially for the Wire-Tie systems. If we do not have it, we can usually get it within 24 hours from our main stock in the UK.
