Our textile manufacturing process includes twisting, plying, warping, weaving, scouring, heat setting, coating, and lamination. All of our manufacturing processes are compatible with multifilament, spun, and monofilament yarns. Warwick specializes in weaving high-strength polyester, nylon, and polypropylene fibers. We are also experts in adhesion, using custom RFL and isocyanate formulas to bond textiles and rubber based upon your application`s individual requirements.

Warwick uses Nomex brand fiber as a reinforcement in fabric used for diaphragm and hose construction, flight jackets and ballistic vests

Conex meta-aramid fibers are best known for their combination of strength and heat resistance. Warwick uses Conex fiber to enhance the performance of many of our products.

Warwick uses Vectran fiber, a liquid crystal aromatic polyester noted for its thermal and chemical stability, moisture resistance, high strength and modulus, to enhance the performance of many of our products.

Warwick utilizes Twaron fiber in custom fabric applications. Warwick uses Twaron fiber, a para-aramid, in a variety of custom, high-tech applications. We also use Twaron as a fiber to help strengthen material used in cut- and puncture-resistant products.
