The WASSENBURG WD440 PT is an advanced endoscope washer-disinfector designed to offer meticulous cleaning and disinfection of flexible endoscopes and thermolabile medical devices. Engineered for the Central Sterilization Department, the unit is installed through a wall, separating clean and contaminated areas while maintaining low air leakage. The washer-disinfector features a unique basin and helical tube system that ensures a 360° flow of water and process chemicals to thoroughly clean the endoscopes. It uses Wassenburg's individual channel pump technology to monitor and control each endoscope channel independently across various parameters. The WD440 PT employs RFID technology to ensure safe application of chemicals and bacterial filters, while offering a reprocessing cycle of 22 minutes with exclusive EndoHigh chemicals. The system is fully compliant with ISO 15883 standards and includes an independent monitoring system (IMS) for data analysis and tracking, making it an effective choice for ensuring process safety and traceability.
