WAS - Model SlimCom - Groundwater Surveillance Devices
A battery operated modem for direct docking to the Dipper3. The GSM / GPRS modem can be linked directly to the Dipper3 or Dipper3T, the system for groundwater surveillance. Its compact design allows employment in sounding pipes starting from 1,5`. No adjustment or extra work needed on possible shutters! A warning function (alarm via short message or fax in the case of limit value exceedance) can be activated.
WAS - Model RG 100 - Sturdy Precipitation Rain Data Collector
The RG 100 rain data collector offers a maximum of security and compactness, due to its special casing (aluminum casting). The integrated heating device prevents freezing when temperatures are low; a bird-protection-ring secures the measuring device against damage caused by birds, and the skimmer basket prevents pollution. On the basis of a tipper principle (resolution: 0.1 mm) the RG 100 delivers a precise data basis, while single impulses are directly documented. The device allows longer periods of data collection: the maximum capacity lies at 48.000 mm. Combination with a modem makes a simple long-distance data transmission possible.

The MDS 5 - S - Station Manager (MDS 5 - S) facilitates measuring, saving and processing analogous and digital signals in the field of environmental measurement engineering.Due to its compact construction the MDS 5 - S can be installed directly on a top-hat rail in the electric cabinet – without any further time-consuming mechanical renovation.

A modem for direct docking with the MDS 5 – S, MDS 5 – D and the MDS 5 – S The GSM / GPRS modem (Quadband) can be linked directly to the W.A.S. data collection systems MDS 5 – S – Station Manager and MDS 5 – D – Flow Manager as well as to the MDS 5 – C – Datalogger . Thus, a secure and economic data transfer to the online platform WASDatenportal is ensured. Alternatively, the data can also be pusehd to a FTP-server.
WAS - Model Q-MODUL - Stationary Flow Measurement System
Top up your MDS 5 - S with this supplement to the stationary flow measurement system MDS 5 - D. The Q-Modul is a passage module that allows directly linking of the ultrasound combi sensor for measuring flow velocity (using the Pulse-Doppler-Principle) and water levels (water-ultrasound). The Q-Module transforms the encoder signal to a RS485-output-signal, which is transmitted to a evaluation unit (MDS 5 - D Durchflussmanager; telecontrol substation). Using an analogue output signal allows integration into existing guidance systems; multiple Q-modules can be linked to one MDS 5 - S Stationsmanager. The variation Q-Modul-Ex allows measuring flow in explosion-risk areas as well.
