Max-Pak`s Vertical Balers are known for their work ethic..year after year, after year. The Max-Pak Vertical Side Mount balers now offer superior ease of access to power unit components, including the oil tank, motor, hydraulic valve, control panel and junction box. A simple 4-bolt mount allows removal of the entire power unit in minutes for service. Power Unit "cores" may also be returned to Max-Pak for full factory refurbishment, and a core replacement program is available.

MAX-PAK horizontal balers are engineered to out perform other horizontal balers in numerous ways. As a matter of fact we’ve been leading the industry in horizontal baler designing since 1976. MAX-PAK engineers have designed “ease of use” features through out the machines making them incredibly user friendly. In most cases, a properly trained 18 year old* employee can safely operate the MAK-PAK horizontal baler. (*The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) require baler operators to be at least 18 years of age.)

MAX-PAK Foam/Film Balers are engineered from design conception to final product, specifically for baling high memory hard-to-bale material. Our Foam/Film Balers are not just a modification to an existing machine design. We’ve learned you can’t efficiently bale high memory materials with a typical multi-use or cardboard baler.

The MAX-PAK Two-Ram Baler is for those demanding applications that require versatility and maximum production. The Two-Ram can switch from OCC to shredded paper, to aluminum cans, to P.E.T. and back to OCC without missing a beat…delivering uniform bales with integrity, time after time, bale after bale.

The MAX-PAK Two-Ram baler is the fastest and most productive machine in the MAX-PAK lineup, capable of baling over 14 tons per hour (newsprint, model 2R7510) at cycle times as low as 10 seconds. And because it can bale a variety of materials, it could very well be the only baler you’ll need in a high production environment.
