WEI - Model LOR Series - Coalescers

Wastewater Engineers, Inc. is pleased to announce a breakthrough in Oil Removal technology. Our LOR and OR series of oil coalescers will remove up to 97% of free oil on a single pass. Engineering and design breakthroughs have provided outstanding performance and dramatic improvements in fluid management. Your LOR Series Coalescer will help extend the life of your metalworking fluids by removing mechanically mixed and floating contaminating oils as well as solids from your charged systems. The various flow capacities between models allow the LOR Series Coalescer to better match your needs. The LOR Series are constructed of mild steel and are portable, so that they can be moved to and from different machines.

Lift Stations

WEI - Model S-222 A & E Series - Lift Stations

These units are engineered as a receiving sump for the fast evacuation of solids laden waste streams. These units are situated at the discharge end of the waste generating equipment to rapidly move the waste from the point of generation to a storage/collection area with a minimum of settling out of solids. Each unit is supplied with either an electric (Model S-222E) or air operated (Model S-222A) float activated pump. These units are available in heavy-duty polyethylene. See your W.E., Inc. Sales Representative for pricing on the different models available.

Dumping Station

WEI - Model 461 Series - Dumping Station

The low profile Model #461 is intended for use as a dumping station for either floor scrubbing equipment or mop buckets. The unit features (2) shallow, screened baskets at the front of the unit. Theses screened baskets have 1/8” perforations, handgrips, and a 2’ depth to promote the accumulation of large debris from floor cleaning operations. The user simply dumps water to pass through the perforated basket. Either an electrical (Model #461E) or air (Model #461A) float-activated pumpis located at the rear of the unit to automatically transfer fluids to a holding tank. See your W.E., Inc. Sales Representative for pricing on the different models available.

WEI - Model WE-MC-S - Solids Filter & Dewatering Cart

The WE-MC-S solids filter & dewatering cart is a unit intended for the separation of gross solids from a waste stream. Typically the WE-MC-S unit is used in conjunction with a cone bottomed settling tank.

WEI - Model ST-Tanks - Settling and Filtration System

Streams that have a large amount of suspended solids often need to have those solids removed before treatment. A model ST-Tank is specifically designed to collect fluids and allow retention time for solids to settle. A solids filtration unit is designed to reside below the tank to collect the solids for disposal. The ST-Tanks have a 45 angle, and are available in several sizes in steel. Optional equipment is also available.

WEI - Model PMD-1 & 2 - Automated pH Controller

This equipment is intended to automatically adjust pH of an actively flowing stream to a pre-set pH setting.
