WRI - Model AquaTex COG - Wastewater Treatment Plant for Oil & Gas Industry
We offer AquaTex COG for deployment to oil and gas fields to reclaim, pretreat, and recycle well wastewaters (i.e. drilling fluids, frac flowback, and produced water). It can be deployed as a rugged mobile pretreatment plant, installed as a central pretreatment plant, or integrated as a pretreatment device on the front end of our advanced wastewater treatment plant. Our robust pretreatment train removes suspended solids (TSS) from well and mine wastewaters. Prior to recycling treated wastewater, AquaTex COG`s proprietary flocculation/separation/clarification process removes unwanted TSS in a single enclosed ISO-rated tank. It pretreats all wastewaters prior to additional frac stages to significantly reduce water management costs or prior deep well injection to extend the life of the injection well. As a versatile, scalable pretreatment train, it also pretreats acid mine drainage and other mining wastewaters.
WRI - Model AquaTex HS - Hydraulic Oil/Water Separators System
The Aqua Tex HS (Hydraulic Separator) system was developed as an extension to the DAF technology to reduce moving parts and provide a fully-enclosed advanced treatment plant. It is a primary treatment device, typically at the device to receive the wastewater. Hydraulic separators work extremely well in industrial environments where reducing suspended solids such as oils, grease, metals, BOD, COD, and VOC is required. Coupled with membrane and other advanced treatment processes, discharged effluent can be recycled as a source for freshwater influent.
WRI - Model AquaTex - Sequence Batch Reactor (SBR)
Aqua Tex SBR (Sequence Batch Reactor) has been successfully used to treat municipal, marine and industrial wastewaters. The Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) is an activated sludge process designed to operate under non-steady state conditions. It is uniquely suited for treatment applications characterized by high organics content and low or intermittent flow conditions
WRI - Model AquaTex CT - Cooling Tower System
The first AquaTex CT was designed to treat cooling tower `blowdown` water for virtually any commercial-grade cooling tower. The first AquaTex™ CT was designed and installed in the late 1980`s. A patent was received for its recycling and advanced oxidation processes, coupled with nanofiltration to continually filter, disinfect, and recycle blowdown water. Its simple reclamation design reduces tap water and sewer charges by 60% to 80%. AquaTex™ CT is typically custom engineered to accommodate a specific footprint, the content of blowdown water and the brand of cooling tower.
WRI - Model AquaTex Ultra - Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Plant
AquaTex™ Ultra is an advanced water purification (AWP) plant for reclaiming, treating, and disinfecting graywater and blackwater. The Ultra can also recycle treated wastewater or channel it for beneficial reuse. Whether a resort, masterplanned community, military base, or municipality, AquaTex™ Ultra accommodates any size water stream by the addition of specific components to extend its capacity. It is compact, rugged, versatile, automated and affordable.
WRI - Model AquaTex 360, 720 & Ultra - Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Plant
The design objective is to clean reclaimed graywater to specification for reintroduction into the intake of the entire wash wheel without adversely affecting chemical addition, product quality or laundry system operation. These design goals use only the latest filter and advanced oxidation technologies on the market.
Municipal Water Purification Product
WRI - Model AquaTex RO - Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Plant
AquaTex RO is an advanced water purification (AWP) plant for treating and disinfecting feedwater to produce drinking water. Whether a resort, masterplanned community, military base, or municipality, AquaTex RO is compact, versatile, automated and affordable.
WRI - Model AquaTex AO - Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Plant
AquaTex AO is an advanced water purification (AWP) plant for reclaiming, treating, and disinfecting graywater and blackwater. The AO model can also recycle treated wastewater or channel it for beneficial reuse. Whether a resort or municipality, AquaTex AO accommodates any size water stream by the addition of specific components to extend its capacity. It is compact, rugged, versatile, automated and affordable.
WRI - Model AquaTex MBR - Advanced Water Purification (AWP) Plant
For public and private clients, WRI offers AquaTex MBR for reclaiming treating, and disinfecting graywater and blackwater. AquaTex MBR is an integrated advanced water purification (AWP) plant for resorts, master planned communities, remote communities, military bases, and municipalities. This robust AWP plant reclaims wastewaters, reduces treatment costs, reuses treated effluents, and minimize discharge into the environment, while remaining very affordable.
