Standard brushes are made from PE caps with Stainless Steel wires and nylon bristles for application in water with temperatures up to 60 ᴼC.

PE baskets are easily removable (and re-usable) from the socket when necessary during inspection or brush replacement.

The special reversing valves are designed in the nominal size from 80 mm to 600 mm for nominal flow rates from 50 m³/h to 3000 m³/h.

The AQUAFAN cooling tower is made flexible in capacity and construction by a applying a modular cooling tower system. Extension of existing cooling towers is possible by simply adding modules. The AQUAFAN B6A cooling tower is designed for an axial fan with a diameter of 1.8 m. This diameter is standard for each module. The basic module size can vary from 2.4*2.4 (8’ x 8’) to 3.6*3.6 (12’x12’) m. Configurations like B6A8, B6A10 or B6A12 are possible.

The portable units come pre-assembled and are suitable for temporarily cooling jobs where a quick set-up is a requirement. Units can be shipped in regular sea containers. Once on site they only need to be connected to the system pump and are ready to operate. Check pump requirements with your account manager.

For various operational applications, the CentraDeck® cooling tower drift eliminator is made of PVC, PP or ABS thermoformed film. Due to the triple angle labyrinth the wet air-stream is efficiently stripped from water in droplet form, reaching < 0.005% of the circulating water volume at < 4.5 m/s airspeed through the eliminator deck.

The CentraFill cooling tower fills consists of predetermined layers of triangle corrugated profiles. The triangle bars are in cross-section towards each other in the tower structure.
