AquaMetrix - Controller System

The 2250 series is built on the legacy of the Shark and 2200 controllers. Like its predecessors it is designed to be the most flexible, easy to use, and easy to see multi-parameter controller on the market. Four Parameters: Select the parameter you wish to measure from the easy-to-use LCD menu on the inside front cover. Choose Conductivity, pH, ORP or Flow. The user interface was designed under the principle that the user should not need to read the manual.

AquaMetrix - Transmitter System

The AM-2250TX series is built on the legacy of the SharkTX transmitter. Like its predecessor it is designed to be the most flexible, easy to use, and easy to see multi-parameter transmitter on the market. Four Parameters. Select the parameter you wish to measure from the easy-to-use menu. Choose Conductivity, pH, ORP or Flow. The user interface was designed under the principle that the user should not need to read the manual. Analog Outputs. The AM-2250TX is a loop powered device. It provides one isolated, scalable 4-20 mA output. The 4-20 mA output can be configured for PID control. Most users will only use proportional control but the integral and derivative terms are there for advanced control.

AquaMetrix - Multi-Input Controller System

The AM-2300 offers a real breakthrough in process control. It features the functionality of a PLC and a SCADA in a compact package at a very affordable price. The AM-2300 basic unit accepts four inputs from direct 4-20 mA output sensors, three square wave inputs from pulse instruments such as paddle wheel or magnetic flow sensors and four relay outputs which are programmable from any of the seven inputs or via the difference of two analog inputs (Virtual sensors). The basic unit can be expanded into a number of versatile configurations using the additional card slot and populating it with various expansion boards. More inputs, outputs and relays are configurable with the purchase of an appropriate expansion boards.

Digital LED display, 2 control relays with adjustable deadband, alarm relay for perforated membrane, 0-1 mA and 0-5 Vdc non-isolated outputs, 4-20 mA isolated output with range expand, cycling on/off control. Standard enclosure is surface mount. Panel and Pipe mounting optional.

Luminescent Dissolved Oxygen Analyzers

Aquametrix has been selling polarographic dissolved oxygen analyzers for over three decades. We are now pleased to be able to offer an optical dissolved oxygen sensor that outputs directly a 4-20 or Modbus signal. Optical DO sensors offer advantages over electrochemical DO sensors in that they are inherently self-referencing, require no warm-up period and do not require flow and are less affected by fouling.The body is corrosion resistant and designed to stand up to the harsh environment of wastewater. No sensor on the market packs as much into one small package. Plug into your PLC or computer and you’re ready to measure.

The new AS series builds upon the success of the MS series to represent a new level of performance and cost. These probes feature your choice of 316 stainless steel or graphite electrodes, Noryl shells and encapsulated interiors that will satisfy just about any industrial, power plant or laboratory application. This technology, insures that, with reasonable maintenance, years of drift-free performance can be expected. Six cell constants from 0.1 to 50 are available to cover any water sample between pure water and brine. All types are designed with a safety stop shoulder on the cell.
