The Encore 700 pump is engineered to handle industrial and municipal metering applications in water and wastewater treatment, swimming pools, food processing, chemical processing, brewing and distillation, and agriculture.

The Encore 700 plunger pump is a simple to use plunger pump built for heavy duty conditions and longevity. Metering accuracy is achieved by a carefully designed liquid end which enables a full 10:1 turndown within +/- 1% flow repeatable accuracy.

Hydraulically actuated and features a rugged compact cast iron gearbox with a hydraulically balanced tubular diaphragm for accurate chemical feed and long service life. An integral automatic refill system eliminates the need for adjustment under changing operating conditions. An optional PTFE lined diaphragm provides for chemical compatibility with virtually any chemical used in the water treatment process. Three tubular diaphragm sizes are available for capacities up to 2000 l/h (525gal/h) at pressures up to 13.3 bar.

The PolyBlend® DP Series is the finest dry polymer feed system available by reducing polymer consumption by 25% or more while substantially improving polymer performance in terms of sludge dryness, solids capture, water clarity, drainage / retention, or any other measure.

The PolyBlend systems are automated polymer feed systems for precise control and economical performance of liquid grade polymers. Polyelectrolytes require specifically designed energy regimes during preparation to attain the correct physiochemical state in solution to perform the tasks they were designed for.

The WPS-P range of electrochlorinators is ideal for system integrators. By supplying only the core system, you can source your own tanks and softeners to help keep the installation cost down. Alternatively, we can source and supply everything for you. With two different systems configurations (WPS-P:S / WPS-P:X) within the WPS-P range of electrochlorinators the majority of disinfection applications can be treated using a single electrochlorinator. Capacities range from 25 g/h up to 400 g/h.

As concerns mount regarding the safety and security of using chlorine gas for water disinfection, many utilities are choosing sodium hypochlorite as a safer alternative. In weighing up the implications of either concentrated, delivered bulk bleach or on-site generated hypochlorite, utilities are considering factors such as safety, price variability, sustainability and overall life-cycle costs.
