According to our monthly ISO9001 internal delivery audit we achieve better than 5 working days delivery 90% of the time and better than 7 days delivery time on stock items for 98% of orders.

We offer expertise and a modern manufacturing facility based in the UK which is ideally placed for distribution to our customers. Our production facility is fully enclosed, as is our loading and unloading yard, with a total capacity of 6000 tons per year.

All chemical products manufactured at Water Treatment Products Ltd are delivered with the appropriate safety labels required by UK, EU and international transport and hazard regulations.

We offer a pumpover service which entails transferring chemicals to dosing tanks located on customers’ sites covering the whole of the mainland U.K . We usually allow 5 – 10 working days for delivery but will always endeavour to deliver these sooner where possible to meet customers’ requests. Dialogue between our customers and Water Treatment Products personnel ensures everything goes smoothly upon delivery, we have a live tracking system on our vehicles to enable us to provide accurate delivery times where needed.

We are able to undertake membrane autopsy and provide analytical services in support of clients operations. We can provide simple or advanced autopsy services tailored to the Clients need.
