Water Utilities Corporation (WUC) services

The Corporation is responsible fur the operation and maintenance of the sewerage infrastructure in serviced areas. This includes unblocking manholes as well as repairing damaged infrastructure.

Th following costs have been calculated and established in alignment with the current regional market prices of Laboratory analysis. The revised costs are intended to recover costs of routine laboratory reagents, capital investments on equipment, instrument maintenance costs and general laboratory overheads.

The developer is required to undertake a service inquiry with the operations team, who will then guide on approximate positions of water lines through drawings or physical identification on site. However, in view that these are underground services, it is necessary for the developer to manually make trial pits to ascertain the exact position of the water pipeline.
