Fluid Knowledge, a predecessor company of Water Works Engineers, pioneered several of the concepts still in use by Water Works engineers, including management of O&M content using a database without the requirement of maintaining and accessing a web server. Beyond the technology, we see good O&M manuals as an important means of providing critical information to those who need it the most -- the facility operators. To us, O&M manuals aren"t an extra task at the end of the project.
