AIRIT- Water Aerators

Waterix AIRIT - Turbine Surface Aerator

Waterix AIRIT 2100 aerator is designed to for larger aeration requirements. Its main applications are wastewater treatment processes of large municipalities and industry, in particular for the pulp and paper industry. The AIRIT 2100 aerator moves a vast amount of water and it is therefore also efficient mixer. In processes where aeration is irregular, with frequency converter the device may also be used as a mixer only. Like other Waterix devices AIRIT 2100 aerator can be in a frequency converter control. In this way, the aeration efficiency can be adjusted steplessly and the most cost-efficient solution will be achieved. Real time measurement of oxygen can be connected to aerator’s control system, so the aerator operates only on the power level which is currently required.

Waterix AIRIT - Wastewater Aerator

Waterix AIRIT 1700 aerator is designed to for larger aeration requirements. Its main applications are wastewater treatment processes of large municipalities and industry, in particular for the pulp and paper industry. The AIRIT 1700 aerator moves a vast amount of water and it is therefore also efficient mixer. In processes where aeration is irregular, with frequency converter the device may also be used as a mixer only. Like other Waterix devices AIRIT 1700 aerator can be in a frequency converter control. In this way, the aeration efficiency can be adjusted steplessly and the most cost-efficient solution will be achieved. Real time measurement of oxygen can be connected to aerator’s control system, so the aerator operates only on the power level which is currently required.

Waterix AIRIT 200 is a compact sized and lightweight aerator, which is ideal for aerating both for small sewage basins and lakes. The Waterix AIRIT 200 aerator is also favored for the aeration and mixing of leachate from landfills, where its special characteristics of easy handling, reliable structure and low energy consumption are best emphasized. The AIRIT 200 aerator needs an area in the basin with a diameter of approximately five meters. An intake pipe up to a length of twelve meters may be fitted to the aerator. When fitted with the long intake pipe, the device is especially suitable for aeration of deeper basins or lakes.

MIXIT- Water Mixers

Waterix MIXIT - Mixers for Wastewater and Industrial Process

Waterix MIXIT-G model mixers are suitable for mixing of wastewater and industrial process water. G-model mixers are equipped with durable gear. Other suitable uses for MIXIT-G mixers, for example, are sludge or high solids content of the liquid mixture. Waterix MIXIT-G mixers are equipped with downward flow pipe which allows efficient mixing to the bottom of the tank with short shaft. Short shaft saves motor bearings and increase the service life of the device. In addition, the mixer motor is not in contact with water, which also increases the reliability of the mixer and reduce the need for maintenance.
