The H2O Boy wash water recycle systems are designed for your heaviest application of wash water. Dirt, oils and heavy metals are removed down to five microns which saves wear and tear on pressure washing equipment. The wash water can be used indefinitely with zero discharge to the sewer system. The H2O Boy Mobile Industrial Grade (MIG) Wash Water Recycle System is designed for either closed loop (zero discharge) or open loop (sewer discharge).  The polishing (final) filter removes dirt, oil and heavy metals down to 5 microns. This exciting new Low Cost series is designed for the mobile washing professional who understands the necessity of compliance with wash water recycling. Units available in 4, 8, 12, and 20 GPM sizes. The H2O Boy MIG is simple to operate as well as simple to maintain.

The LCD unit is more compact than our Mobile Industial Grade (MIG) units. The smaller design makes it easy to mount on trucks or trailers with limited space or a lighter load capacity. This unit is designed for the professional mobile washer who specializes in light duty cleaning such as auto/truck detailing, mobile homes, graffiti removal, etc.

The WATERMEISTERTM model X11 is the newest addition to our wide range of products offered by The H2O Boy. We have taken the already proven effective design of our standard Mobile Industrial Grade (MIG) unit to the next level. Increased efficiency of the model X11 is due to its innovative design with a greater water capacity allowing improved settling time for suspended solids which helps prolong the life of the polishing filters.

The H2O Boy`s new WATERMEISTERTM line of products starts with the Wash Detailer 4 as out most affordable four gallon per minute water recycle unit to date. The WD4 is compact yet offers the same filtering technologies as out larger units including oleophilic (oil attracting) coalescing plates, reusable oil filtering media, oil absorption skimmer and a five micron polishing filter.

The H2O Boy`s low cost Two Stage Water Recovery System makes it easy for any mobile washing professional to get into compliance. The simple design of the system is easy to use with any portable recycle unit to give you a true `closed loop` system with zero discharge to storm drains. The vacuum`s powerful two stage motor mounted on top of a heavy duty fifty gallon poly tank boasts a full 100 inches of water lift. A separate discharge pump can evacuate the water for recycling at the rate of up to 20 gallons per minute. Our exclusive disc makes is convenient for water extraction in even confined or hard to get to areas.

Rain water run-off from parking lots has become a serious concern for environmental agencies.  Our Storm Drain Clarifier is the low cost way to get into compliance.

Our two stage pre-settling tank system allows for containment of your wash water before filtering it through The H2O Boy wash water recycle system. It also can be used to improve the clarity of water in other brands of water recycle systems. The cone shaped bottom makes it easy to purge the tank of any solids that have accumulated and settled.  2" Purge valve is included. Installation is made easy with your choice of either 3/4" or 1" NPT fittings. Only requires 115V electric power with 15amp breaker.

Water tanks are available for both stationary and mobile use. Fittings installed to customer specifications at no charge. Larger tanks available upon special order.

Our durable high-quality pumps are warrantied for 1 full year against factory defects with an optional 2nd year extension available.
