Ceralite is a uniquely engineered medium-to-coarse crushed angular grain ceramic media, offering superior performance and significantly lower operational costs than traditional filtration media. Ceralite is ideal for most filtration applications, including municipal drinking water systems.

Ceraflow is a group of fine-mesh spherical granular ceramic products, uniquely engineered to offer superior performance in high flow rate pressure filtration systems. The almost perfectly spherical and highly textured shape enables better filter hydraulics, improved flow distribution, and more consistent filter bed interstitial spacing (resulting in improved hydrodynamics). Ceraflow-50 is our primary filtration product, with effective ranges from 0.25-0.35mm (40-60 mesh).

Ceraflow-70 is our finest mesh media, with effective ranges from 0.15-0.25mm (60-80 mesh). Ceraflow is ideal for all high rate pressure filtration applications, especially when requiring a small footprint. It is also ideal for aesthetic contaminants such as iron, manganese, health related contaminants such as cryptosporidium and arsenic, or for colloidal turbidity at high flow rates.

Cerina-250 is a fine-mesh angular granular ceramic product, uniquely engineered with fractured face structures to yield higher surface area to capture particulates. The angular shape offers excellent performance at an economical price point, with good hydraulic performance and flow distribution. Cerina-250 is ideal for most filtration applications, especially commercial and consumer product systems where as small a footprint as possible is desired and low backwash rates are advantageous. It is also ideal for dealing with aesthetic contaminants such as iron, manganese or general turbidity.

Ceralite-A is an expanded clay (ceramic) granular media with an extremely rough external texture. The surface pores of Ceralite-A are generally in the 1 – 70 micron range.

CeraCap is low density anthracite that is screened to a precise effective size (“ES”) and a low uniformity coefficient (“UC”). The low density of the material ensures that it will stay properly stratified creating a high solids retention zone at the top of a Ceraflow filter. The presence of CeraCap increases total solids capacity of the filter without compromising the effluent quality.
