WaveIonics - Electrocoagulation Enhanced Filtration System

The WaveIonics system uses Electrocoagulation Enhanced Filtration technology to remove Total Suspended Solids, Heavy Metals, Emulsified Oils, Bacteria, and other contaminants from water. As water passes through the electrocoagulation cell,  multiple reactions take place simultaneously.

WaterTectonics AcistBox - Mobile Stormwater Treatment System

The AcistBox is a mobile stormwater treatment system that uses polymer-enhanced sand filtration (CESF) technology. This turnkey system controls pH and reduces turbidity to levels that are acceptable for discharge. The process is completely automated and includes real-time water quality monitoring, data logging, and a water quality recirculation valve that ensures effluent water meets user-defined discharge criteria before leaving the system. In Washington state, the system is approved as a General Use Level Designation technology when using Chitosan or other approved polymer products.

WaterTectonics Phatbox - Packaged Water Treatment System

The Phatbox is a pre-engineered, packaged water treatment system for automated pH adjustment. This turnkey system centralizes all required treatment components in a single job box cabinet, significantly reducing installation time and providing safe housing for sensitive digital probes and PLC controllers. The PhatBox system has been used on dozens of construction, remediation, and industrial sites across the United States. The PhatBox allows for in-line pH adjustment or remote location pH adjustment. Real-time pH monitoring and data recording provide users with important water quality logs.

WaterTectonics UltraFlo - Advanced Ultrafiltration System

Ultrafiltration is a membrane filtration process using pressure to separate particulate matter from soluble components in feed water.  Membranes act as semi-permeable barriers that allow particles to be captured or pass through, based on the pore size. Suspended solids and dissolved substances of high molecular weight in feed water are retained by the membrane, while water and low molecular weight substances pass through the membrane as product water.

WaterTectonics - Dissolved Air Flotation System (DAF)

The WaterTectonics Induced Air Flotation system separates suspended solids, oil & grease, and other insoluble impurities from water slurries. The process dissolves air into water under pressure. Upon release of the pressure, micro-bubbles form. These micro-bubbles interact with the particles to cause them to float to the surface of a vessel where they are skimmed and separated. The system utilizes a cross flow design which results in higher residence time and lower footprint. A regenerative turbine system creates very fine bubbles of 5-15 microns, resulting in high removal efficiency. Plate separators and cone bottom sludge sumps help improve the overall sludge management process.

WaterTectonics - Reverse Osmosis System

Reverse osmosis is a method for treating water and wastewater in order to reduce dissolved solids or “salts” in the effluent discharge. This technology is used globally in drinking water and industrial applications. The process involves applying pressure to the influent water stream to overcome osmotic pressure and reverse the natural osmosis process, filtering out salt ions down to 0.0001 microns.

WaveOx - Non Sacrificial Electrodes System

The WaveOx system utilizes various types of non-sacrificial electrodes that are designed to generate powerful oxidants. The type and quantity of the oxidant generated can be adjusted based on the requirements of the application. The  oxidant make-up can include hydroxyl radicals, persulfate radicals, ozone, persulfate, hydrogen peroxide, chlorine dioxide, bleach, and others. Because the electrodes are non-sacrificial, they can often be utilized for many years without failure. The system is well suited for targeted destruction of organics, bacteria, and other contaminants that are difficult to remove with conventional treatment systems.
