Waterworks’ Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) systems applies the best technology and installations around the world to a variety of locations. Waterworks can supply pre-packaged systems or systems that meet with specific client needs. Designs can be “hollow fiber” based or “sheet” based membrane type. Also it can be provided as a skid mounted or containerized units.

Waterworks’ Trickling Filter Extended Aeration (TFEA) system uses combined attached and suspended biological growth systems to
remove over 90% of soluble organics (BOD and COD) and suspended solids. The TFEA is suitable for treating both municipal sewage for
stand alone performance and tough industrial wastewaters for surcharge reduction. In existing applications Waterworks’ TFEA has removed up to 95% of the influent BOD and TSS strength, and 90% or greater removal of oils and grease. When combined with optional tertiary treatment devices up to 99% removal of BOD can be attained.

Waterworks’ packaged SFEA treatment plants meet the needs of small businesses, municipalities, RV parks, hotels, resorts or other facilities where the total volume of waste is small (less than 38 m3 per day).
