Series 007 double check valve assembly backflow preventers include a freeze sensor for use with SentryPlus Alert® technology to signal facility personnel when temperature nears and reaches the freezing point. Freeze alerts feature available with add-on connection kit for Wi-Fi networks, building management systems (BMS), and irrigation management systems (IMS). Series AS Air Separators are used in commercial and residential, hydronic heating applications to separate air from water in the piping system. They consist of a heavy, cast-iron body construction with a 1/2 in. female threaded connection for an expansion tank, and a 1/8 in. female threaded connection for a float vent. Series AS provides continuous purging and venting of air in the system when installed with Watts Model ET expansion tank and Model FV4 float-vent. Maximum Pressure: 125psi (8.6 bar).

Series CSM-61-T flow measurement valves are designed for application on low or medium flow rate HVAC units recirculation system. Their compact size allows for easy installation and use in crowded piping compartments. The CSM-61-T's ball-type design, extended throttling range, and large indicator plate, make for accurate flow measurement, even in very low flow ranges. The LFCSM-61-T's positive memory feature is easy to see, access, and operate, facilitating system balancing and flow measurement. These valves are also bi-directional, so there is no chance of installing the valve in the incorrect flow direction.

Series LFMMV Thermostatic Mixing Valves maintain and limit mixed hot water to a desired, selectable temperature. The LFMMV series can be set to any temperature between 80 degrees F and 120 degrees F with flow rates as low as 0.5 gpm and as high as 12 gpm (refer to capacity chart). This mixing valve series is listed under ASSE 1017 for valves used in hot water source applications, ASSE 1069 for single-pipe, tempered water applications, and ASSE 1070 for valves used in individual or multiple fixture applications, and also listed IAPMO cUPC. The LFMMVs feature Lead Free* construction to comply with Lead Free* installation requirements.

Jumper Kits are used in new construction as a temporary by-pass, prior to the actual installation of a water pressure reducing valve on potable water supply systems. The use of a temporary jumper permits testing of the building piping system for leaks and pressure loss and facilitates pipe flushing prior to the installation of the water pressure reducing valve. On unsecured jobsites, the jumper kit reduces loss from theft or vandalism. Kits consist of union connections, washers, SS strainer, and brass or plastic pipe nipple.
