Weasler VRS torsional dampers are designed to provide significant reduction of vibration in many types of powertrain systems, protecting engine and transmission components from excessive wear. By reducing torsional vibration, component life is increased while providing for greater operator comfort and reduced fatigue. These dampers are desirable for off-road, marine, agricultural, lawn & turf or any engine driven application where cost effective torsional damping and vibration eliminating solutions are needed.

These drive shafts are designed to minimize vibration and extend life in demanding high RPM applications.  Our tight fits, tight manufacturing tolerances and state of the art manufacturing processes provide a drive shaft with minimal run out resulting less vibration while running at high RPMs.

Double telescoping PTO drive shafts allow for a greater operating range than can be achieved with a standard telescoping drive shaft. Our tight fits, tight manufacturing tolerances and state of the art manufacturing processes allow us to provide double telescoping drive shafts with minimal run out and greater performance. The increased operating range allows equipment manufacturers greater design flexibility, producing equipment that can fold tighter and turn sharper without the need for limiters or the need to disconnect the driveshaft.  This leads to improved productivity and increased satisfaction from the end user.

The constant velocity universal joint (CV) allows smooth machine operation through a broad range of motion. These joints allow the machine to be designed with the input shaft in the best operating position and yet allow the operator to maneuver as needed. The CV delivers constant power by self-canceling torque and speed fluctuations typically found in single cardan-type universal joints.

Weasler Standard Gearboxes come in a wide range of HP capacities. Choose from existing ratios and shaft configurations or customize them to meet your application needs. Our Application Engineers will work with you to understand your application requirements and size the appropriate gearbox for your application.

All Weasler Engineering guards are made according to EN / ISO 5674 or certified to EN Easy Lock12965. Optionally they can be made to ASABE S318 ASABE S522 / ISO 5674. Weasler uses only black guarding for the longest possible durability. They are used in harsh conditions, including exposure to ultraviolet light and ozone. All of Weasler’s guard systems are laboratory tested under accelerated aging cycles to insure long life.
