The flow-captor CooLGUARD utilizes the weber pioneered calorimetric principle and the All-In-One monitoring of flow and temperature of the coolant CooLGUARD is especially designed, for all types of cooling systems, as a reliable alternative to failure prone mechanical flow switches.

The i-captor includes standard features such as highly accurate temperature sensing and is available with both 4-20mA outputs for temperature and flow as well as RS485 Modbus RTU for digital signalling. The i-captor is simple, easy to install, very affordable and inherits Weber’s legendary reliability. It does not suffer from accuracy losses due to changes in fluid temperature, has a better than 2% accuracy over range with better than 2% repeatability. It is the ideal choice for most water monitoring jobs from large chilled water systems with up to 20” pipes to just about any process need.

The micro flow-captor is an inline flow meter for smallest flow resolutions up to < 0.1ml/min. With this new generation micro flow-captor weber Sensors adapts the assets of the calorimetric principle especially onto the micro flow range.

The inline vent-captor type 3302.30 is a compact air flow meter for industrial applications, ideal for small diameters. The measurement of the mass flow bases on the calorimetric principle. The inline ventcaptor is completely resin encapsulated, thus rugged, shock and vibration proof.
