Our standard conventional bin dumper is perfect for any basic application.  As standard it is supplied with a hand operated control mounted directly on the side of the dumper. It is made to handle 48” wide boxes 36” – 48” tall with a simple adjustment. This dumper is available in sizes to feed hoppers from 50” high and up. Larger hoppers may require the dumper to be mounted on a sub frame to raise it up. Our standard single bin dumper can be custom made to suit any size box.

Plastic modular belt conveyors are great option for several wet and dry applications and are becoming a more and more popular choice. They eliminate problems related to tracking and slippage due to their positive sprocket drives. The belt is sprocket driven, gripping cogs molded to the back side of the belt thus eliminating tracking and slippage issues. It is available with several surface textures and a wide range of flights and side guards. It is also suitable for both back and forward elevation changes and can be used with lacing or as an endless belt.

Weening Brothers Hydrosieve are used to filter out waste. Using wedge wire technology the water flows through and the debris fall down the screen. The wedge design allows this to happen without clogging the filter. The design can be custom fit to accommodate any volume of water and sizes of debris that need to be removed.
