General Valve - Dual expanding plug valve

Evolution of Double Block-and-Bleed Valves An alternative to the original two-valve system, the GENERAL VALVE Twin Seal plug valve has just one double-seated bubble-tight valve The upstream and downstream seals provide the same function as the two block valves The body serves as a spool piece and the body bleed verifies seal integrity Seal abrasion is inherent in the design of most ball and gate valves In most instances, the seats are ground or wedged against metal every time the valve cycles Any foreign material lodged between the seats and ball or gate will score the seating surfaces Once the seating segment is scored, product loss and contamination result The GENERAL VALVE Twin Seal plug valve avoids abrasion by having both independent slips completely retracted from the body bore during cycling. Zero-Leakage Double Block-and-Bleed Plug Valve with Retracting Seals

QTRCO - Quarter turn & linear special pneumatic actuators

QTRCO actuators are offered in all stainless steel and in ductile iron housings with appropriate ductile, steel or stainless internal components. An Engineered Difference QTRCO designs lead the industry with regard to technology. We did not set out to mimic others or to design the cheapest possible actuator, rather our intent from day one was to provide solutions to everyday problems such as basic actuator performance or handling extreme service applications. – Cylinders are offset to eliminate life shortening cantilever forces and friction. – Low friction, roller supported rack and gears hold racks in place while extending life and enabling extreme operating speeds. – Identical Top and bottom mounting geometries enable action reversal by simply turning the actuator topside down. Partial stroke testing, valve safety margin monitoring, built-in lock outs, manual jack screw or hydraulic overrides, captured springs, safe in-situ replacement of contaminant damaged seals.

Orbit - Rising stem ball valves

Cameron’s ORBIT® valves are ideal for applications when zero leakage and frequent operation are demanded. They are used globally in gas processing plants using molecular sieve systems in switching service. No Rubbing Between Sealing Surfaces The tilt-and-turn action eliminates seal abrasion, which is the major cause of seat wear in conventional ball, gate and plug valves Top-entry Design In-line inspection and repair, after system depressurizing, simplifies maintenance Single-seat Design The single, stationary seat in the ORBIT valve seals in both directions and avoids the problems of trapped pressure between seals. Self-cleaning Tilting the core away from the seat before rotation causes immediate flow around 360 degrees of the core face. Product flow flushes any foreign material away from the seat without localized, high-velocity erosive flow. Mechanical Cam Closure The cam angle at the lower end of the stem provides a mechanically energized seal

Mascot - Control valves

Easy, quick and economical maintenance is making GFlo globe control valve more user friendly. The spring cylinder actuated GFlo imparts stiffness and maintains very high precision in positioning, strong response, repeatability and controlled high speed are the characteristics absent in diaphragm operated control valves. GFlo has the thrust capability to shutoff against higher fluid pressures as it can handle up to 10 bar air supply. Valve closure is totally dependent on springs in most diaphragm actuators. The unique design of GFlo enables the spring, fluid pressure and supply air pressure to combine and achieve an extremely tight shutoff. A self aligning seat ring adds to and further improves the shutoff capability. The GFlo has two top heavy duty stem guides. Easy and quick maintenance is permitted due to clamped-in seat and top entry trim. Against comparable diaphragm actuators, this actuator is lighter, smaller and very easy to handle.
