This system contains two primary parts: the process analysis instrument, and the sampling pretreatment device, and an overall structure of 5 parts: sample gas acquisition unit, sample gas pretreatment unit, calibration unit of analytical instrument, process analysis instrument and measurement and control unit.

The Analyzer House not only provides on-site analytical instruments a safe working place with constant temperature and equipotential shielding but more importantly, it integrates analytical instruments, sample pretreatment, and the sample recovery systems in order to facilitate the on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance of analytical instruments.

The instrument can simultaneously analysis up to 6 gas components, and accurately and quickly calculate the N2 concentration and gas calorific value according to the gas concentration. The monitoring objects include Co, CO2, CH4, CnHm, O2, H2, AR, SO2 and other gases.
