The robust WL 600 shredder is perfect for small- to middle-sized wood shops for the purpose of shredding all kinds of wood like particle board scrap, MDF, solid wood, and other wood scrap.

Sometimes small things come from large machines! The smaller the particle size, the higher the resale value. The FineCut is the ideal secondary shredder for multi-stage systems. Due to its higher rotor speeds, this machine is capable of high throughput. The fine particle size of the shredded material is ideal for the creation of high-quality RDF. With the characteristically designed FineCut rotor made of solid material, you can achieve particle sizes of up to 15 mm at high speeds of 160 to 380 rpm. The cutting blades can be turned several times. The rotor has up to seven rows of knives, allowing very high throughputs to be achieved. Here, too, a Vautid guard comes standard. A splined shaft journal is installed on the drive side for an optimum fit. The compact installation also provides plenty of lateral expansion space for the material.

The PreCut 3000 single-shaft shredder (pre-shredder) features very high throughput rates and ensures optimum material conditions for the next stage of shredding, such as sorting, classification and separation. The mechanical-biological waste handling process is a standard method for residual waste. Burnable materials can be prepared in a way so that they can be used as energy. This machine is the first step in an operation with a variety of materials to process. After the foreign materials (such as stones and metal) have been sorted out, only what remains will enter the hopper, and the first step in the size reduction process can begin!

It is ideal as a secondary shredder in multi-stage systems: after sorting the material out that is not ideal for the production of RDF, the valuable material remains and is ready for further size reduction. This machine comes equipped with a hydraulic drive, a direct drive, or a power belt drive. Due to its high solid dead weight, the PowerLine Rotor requires less torque for shredding. Vautid protection against increased wear is available as a full shell or in the form of welded seams. Side-mounted rotor face plates made of Creusabro® also protect against abrasive material flows. The shaft journals are bolted on both sides. Cutting blades in sizes 60, 80 and 100 mm can be flexibly selected.
