ClimeEvent - Climate Test Chambers
Seasonal differences or different climatic zones - products have to withstand various thermal and climatic conditions during production, transport, storage and use. The new TempEvent and ClimeEvent temperature and climatic test chambers help to test the influence temperature and humidity has on the properties, function and service life of your products. Since the launch of the ClimeEvent series in 2016, the world of environmental simulation has changed significantly: Increasingly demanding end customers are resulting in ever more specific test requirements. After receiving feedback from day-to-day testing, our new temperature and climatic test chambers have been completely redesigned in terms of technology, appearance, and functionality to meet customer requirements with even greater precision. The result: The best temperature and climatic test chambers manufactured by weisstechnik.

Model ClimeEvent M - Climate Tests Chamber
Climate tests are not always complex and demanding. Sometimes it`s enough to keep temperature and humidity constant over a longer period. For example for storing material if no special air guidance is necessary. For this, we have developed a simple and economic solution for chambers from 6 m3 to 50 m3 – ClimeEvent M.
Heat Technology
Model HeatEvent - Industrial Ovens, Heating and Drying Ovens
Reproducible results plus the product quality connected to it, minimum space requirements, short processing times and a high level of productivity are the requirements in all industrial production areas. Your components and materials can be reliably, quickly and energy-efficiently heat-treated at temperatures of up to 400 °C with the Heating and Drying Cabinets HeatEvent from vötschoven. In this way, you can manufacture excellent products 24/7. HeatEvent provides the highest interior volume with the smallest footprint. Thanks to iE3 motors, improved insulation and the reliable door-sealing concept, the ovens operate with maximum energy efficiency. The HeatEvent series is equipped as standard with the digital SiMPAC® measurement and control system and the innovative WEBSeason® user interface.
Air Conditioning Technology
Model Vindur - Compounding Laboratories Turnkey
Individual requirements necessitate individual planning. Weiss Klimatechnik will always meet these requirements for you to the greatest extent possible and design a suitable solution. Taking into consideration the desired production capacities, the manufacturing product portfolio and the spatial conditions, we develop with our customers concepts for their future clean rooms and laboratory areas that conform to the relevant standards.
Environmental Simulation - Corrosion Altematin Test Chambers
IU/H Test Chambers
Regulated humidity and negative temperatures within a test combined with corrosion place high demands on the design of the test chamber. The corrosion test chambers of weisstechnik® are equipped with a refrigeration circuit. The components of this are located in the test chamber and are corrosion resistant. Depending on the area of application and the requirements of the test, a choice can be made between a test chamber made of glass-fiber-reinforced plastic (GRP) or high-quality stainless steel.
Heating Technology
Industrial Laboratory Ovens Vötschoven Lab
Today, the demand for reliable, fast and energy-efficient heat treatments is greater than ever in the automotive and aerospace industries, the electronics and bio-pharmaceutical industries as well as in university research laboratories. With our Industrial Laboratory Ovens featuring a processing chamber volume between 60 and 200 liters we offer you heating and drying ovens for product development, quality testing, thermal ageing and testing of plastics samples as specified in standards – the tailor-made solution for your special process.
Vötschoven VVT Vacuum Dryer
Our vacuum drying ovens are tried and tested solutions for drying temperature-sensitive products and removing residual moisture from capillary tubes. In vacuum drying, a vacuum is built up in the usable space and the product is heated accordingly. According to the vapour pressure--temperature curve, this also reduces the boiling point of liquid mixtures (water and solvents) which evaporate at significantly lower temperatures. Dehumidification and drying processes under vacuum are particularly gentle on the product and also reach difficult-to-access places within product geometries. In addition, air and vapour trapped in the product are reliably removed, and re-condensation is avoided.

Air-Conditioning Technology - Data Center
Precision Air Conditioning Units
Precision air-conditioning units are specially designed to meet the requirements of data centres: they accurately control the supply air temperature and run continuously in an energy-efficient manner. If necessary, they can react to unforeseen temperature fluctuations thanks to intelligent control. Depending on the structural conditions, there are different types of units: In chilled water (CW) precision air conditioners, the chilled water is provided by an external chiller or a central refrigeration system and fed into the heat exchanger. With direct free cooling (FC), cold outside air is fed directly into the data centre and the heat is dissipated via the exhaust air. With indirect free cooling (iFC), a cooling medium is routed from an outdoor unit to the free-cooling heat exchanger, where the hot air emitted by the servers is cooled.
