Maintenance

When you purchase a weisstechnik® system, you are acquiring a high-quality, robust product that offers the highest possible level of reliability. To ensure the system remains that way for years and decades to come, regular maintenance and care are essential. In this way, you can prevent downtimes, ensure safe and cost-effective operation and also extend the service life of your testing equipment.

Cleanroom service

Cleanroom technology is the foundation for highly sensitive areas in modern manufacturing – for example, in pharmaceutical production, biotechnology or chip manufacturing for the electronics industry. Users of cleanroom equipment must be able to demonstrate by means of continuous checks that the applicable standards and guidelines are being adhered to.

Hygiene tests in accordance with the latest standards (VDI 6022)

The VDI guideline 6022, which governs the hygienic requirements of air-conditioning systems, applies to all commercial, air-conditioned rooms used by persons. A testing interval of two years applies for systems with humidification equipment and a testing interval of three years applies for air-conditioning systems without humidification. This must include regular hygiene tests with microbiological samples in accordance with §3 of the German Workplace Ordinance (ArbStättV). Weiss Klimatechnik carries out these tests in accordance with the latest standards in a quick, uncomplicated and legally secure manner and also provides the necessary certificates. We work on the basis of the most recent standards and are reliable, fast and flexible. Our service also includes expert advice!

Devices and systems from weisstechnik® fulfil the highest quality requirements. However, if a problem should arise, we will be on site quickly – thanks to our strong service organisation and a service network with a wide geographical reach.

RetroFit

RetroFit is our individual service programme for all systems that have already been in service for 10 years or more. Particular attention is paid to preventive measures here to ensure that downtimes and the unpredictable costs associated with them do not occur in the first place. Even if original spare parts are no longer available or the original machinebuilder has ceased trading, we will still identify professional, tailored solutions for your system. The spectrum covered by our RetroFit services is vast: it ranges from small touch panels and cooling technology in cooling circuits right through to integrated complete solutions for energy optimisation.

Spare and Wearing Parts

We develop smart solutions for our customers in the area of spare parts management. We set value on speed, as you ultimately want to get your equipment back up running again as quickly as possible. Thanks to comprehensive stock management, we can ensure the immediate availability of all standard spare parts and wearing parts. In urgent cases, the parts required are delivered overnight. Sometimes the storage of certain items on site is a good idea. We will provide expert advice on when this approach is recommended. To ensure the best possible cost-effectiveness and planning security, we also take into account the space you have available alongside engineering issues.
