 Weldcoa’s automation was designed by seasoned people who filled cylinders for a living. Systems can be installed into new or existing facilities. The touchscreen PLC automates all of the responsibilities of the traditional human cylinder filler creating a safer environment, uniform product fill, maximum production and new levels of management control/simplification of training. Our automated cylinder fill systems have been validated by some of the largest gas manufacturers in the world.

All Weldcoa Sur-Loc™ pallets are manufactured by robots at our facility to ensure quality welds and consistency, pallet after pallet. Pallets are available in many options for an array of gas cylinder types.

Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene. The best known brand name of the PTFE-based formula is Teflon® by Chemours. Chemours is a spin-off of DuPont Co., which discovered the compound in 1938.

Working closely with real world operators, this system was designed to be the industry’s first dedicated manifold for filling of disposable cylinders. As a “Plug and Play” style system, it requires minimal work to incorporate into your facility. These units can have up to six 300T style cylinders connected at a time for filling, and also have a source of house nitrogen connected for filling and purging. In addition, the units have all process piping stubbed to the top of the unit for field connections to be made. A vacuum system is incorporated into the manifold and can come equipped with a variety of vacuum pumps installed and wired for use.
