Welders Filtration Technology (WFT) products
WFT - Filter Presses System
The filter press: filtration with the highest separation efficiency. The filter press is an installation in which the product to be filtered is pressed in filter chambers between vertically hanging filter plates each covered with a filter cloth. Depending on the desired outcome a chamber filter press or a membrane filter press is used.
WFT - Belt Presses Filter
100% automatic filtration with high efficiency. Sieve belt presses or belt filters are used to purify both municipal and industrial sludge. They have a useful dewatering width of 500 to 3,000 mm, with 5 to 15 dewatering rolls. The dry-matter content in the cake can go in organic waste water sludge up to 25 percent, while for some types of inorganic sludges more than 60 percent is achievable. Popular applications are in wastewater treatment, soil purification and fruit juice processing.
WFT - Thickening Tables
Dewatering by gravity at low cost. Thickening tables provide a gravity filtration of sludge. They are often used in combination with a filter or sieve belt press to increase the separation efficiency of the filtration at a very low cost, and this without any supervision . Biological sludges give separation efficiencies of over 99 percent (solids concentrations above 10 percent are no longer an exception). The thickening tables of WFT guarantee an efficient and economical dewatering of various low-concentrated sludge suspensions. During the design the ease of maintenance , low energy and polymer consumption are very important.
WFT - Thickening Drums
Compact and efficient gravity filtration. Thickening drums are similar to thickening tables focusing on the force of gravity to filter sludge. Contrary to the belt in a thickening table which is mounted horizontally on a table surface, the filter belt on thickening drums is mounted on a rotating drum. Due to their compact construction and their smaller filtration surface thickening drums are ideal for dewatering sludge flows to a capacity of 50 m³ / h. Just as thickening tables drums are often used in combination with a filter press or sieve belt press because they increase the separation efficiency at a very low cost, and without any supervision.
