Wepuko PAHNKE - Open Die Forging Presses
Our scope of supply includes all presses and manipulators for the open-die forging industry, with modern hydraulic drives and electronic control systems for automatic and programmed working between 5 MN to 185 MN. For the open die forging industry, we plan complete systems. We check and organize forging programs, select the required machines, calculate production time and costs, and provide economic viability calculations.
Wepuko PAHNKE - Closed Die Forging Presses
Pahnke closed die presses are characterized by highest frame stiffness and guiding accuracy. This is the basis for forgings of highest precision. Our experience ranges from 20 MN to 350 MN press force, from precisely controlled creeping speed of 0.1 mm/s press rates of 100 mm/s, from hot-isothermically pressed nickel alloys to meter-long aluminum parts for wide-bodied aircraft.

Wepuko PAHNKE - Model PMSD - Press Direct Drive
The PAHNKE Modified Sine Direct Drive (PMSD drive) is a specialty developed by us in the field of press drives. This drive does not require any directional valves for the control of the press movement, but works with fast controllable high pressure pumps of the Wepuko PAHNKE RX series to control the directional movement of the press, as well as infinitely variable speed and also the press force. This drive system is characterized by particularly smooth running (shock-free) and thus extremely high reliability, especially since the pumps in these systems can withstand at least 30,000, in some cases well over 50,000 operating hours without repair.
