This volume flow is divided of a main volume flow by means of the flow control valve. The flow control valve of the design 1N can be used as a 2-way or 3-way flow controller (pressure compensator) for flows up to 200 l / min and enables the operation of additional single-acting consumers. The additional consumer can be operated simultaneously to the normal machine functions. The volume flow and pressure to the auxiliary function is independent of the pressure and the volume flow of the main functions in the machine.

WESSEL flow divider valves divide the input volume flow in a specific ratio into two partial volume flows. The partial volume flows can have the same value or different, but the division ratio remains constant regardless of the difference between the inlet pressure and the load pressures.

The flow divider valve type FDV-CA divides a volume flow independent of the pressure conditions into two fixed partial flows. There are different cartridges and thus division ratios available. The valve is also available as a complete solution in the associated housing.

The throttle check valve TCV is generally suitable for setting the movement speed in a certain flow direction. Another application is to prevent cavitation and thus too high extending speed of cylinders, which are caused by pulling loads.
