The Six Stage Bioaerosol Sampler is a cost effective, multi-stage, multi-orifice cascade impactor that measures concentration and particle size distribution of aerosol-type bacteria and fungi in the ambient air. Based on the inertial impaction principle, the six stage viable impactor collects all particles, regardless of physical size, shape, or density. The particles are aerodynamically sized in which there is a direct relationship to the penetration of the lung.

The Profile is a portable handheld microprocessor based instrument that enables the operator to determine the velocity profile in a duct or stack. It achieves this by measuring the temperature and differential pressure in a flowing air or gas stream. It also measures the ambient pressure and temperature and logs all the data recorded on a point by point basis. The Profile will log up to 20 separate tests and store the point by point sample information for up to 4 traverses, along with the averages for each traverse. Once collected the information can be displayed on the Profiles own screen or downloaded to a PC for data processing and report generation.
