Each Western Star manufacturing plant features a Custom Truck Service Center, removing any additional transportation costs and getting your trucks back on the road faster.

All Elite Support Certified locations participate in Express Assessment, which means the dealer will provide a preliminary assessment within two hours of arrival to enable you to make an informed decision on your next course of action. This assessment may include needed repairs, parts availability and an estimate of cost and repair time.

Western Star's Roadside Assistance program provides 24/7/365 concierge support to help customers manage unexpected downtime, including after-hours and weekend assistance.

The Western Star Uptime Management Suite provides a set of interconnected service applications that help improve the repair process. From enhanced communications to real-time tracking of vehicle repair status, using these applications will minimize downtime and get your truck back on the road.

Western Star Trucks provides limited warranty protection for aftermarket truck parts sold directly through Western Star dealers. Coverage is for defective material and/or workmanship for 12 months and unlimited miles. For explanations of warranty coverage, contact your local Western Star dealer.
