Below are the standard services that we will provide to you as our customer. Provide a START-UP SERVICE program, as follows: Conduct a plant survey to familiarize ourselves with the operation of the water and/or wastewater treatment facility. A schematic flow diagram of the system will be kept in file. Provide in-plant training to familiarize the operating engineers with the purpose of the treatment program; to instruct them in the testing and adjustment procedures. Provide safety training on how to administer any chemicals safely and how to use the MSDS. Provide a Program Manual as a reference handbook, containing information on program outline, control limits, test instructions, data sheets, MSDS.

Despite the best managed program, problems do and will occur. Instrumentations and/or manpower will fail, leading to poor results, such as corrosion, deposition, fouling, pluggage, non-compliant discharge, etc. 

Raw water contains minerals. As water evaporates, it leaves the minerals behind. Over time, the minerals supersaturate and precipitate on the heat transfer surfaces. At best, deposition reduces your heat transfer efficiency. A mere eggshell thickness can increase your energy cost by 10%. Severe deposition can lead to overheating which in turn can lead to tube rupture, forcing unscheduled shutdowns, and disrupting your operation. Extreme deposition have been known to cause fire. Proper water treatment removes the mineral hardness; modifies the crystal structures of the minerals; and/or conditions the precipitate to minimize its adhesion on heat transfer surfaces.

Severe deposition can lead to high head pressure, unscheduled system shutdowns, and disruption to your service. Proper water treatment modifies the crystal structures of the minerals, and/or disperses the precipitate to minimize its adhesion on heat transfer surfaces.
