Municipal or domestic wastewater is that which is generated from households, Hotels, commercial and institutional Facilities in the urbanized areas. Domestic wastewater treatment is normally associated with sewage, which is characterized by many components most importantly: BOD and Suspended Solids (SS). WETICO’s Sewage Treatment Plants provide very wide ranges, Capacities and Technologies for their applications requiring aerobic, anaerobic or anoxic treatment processes for BOD, SS, Nitrogen and Phosphorous removal.

Industrial Wastewater includes the liquid discharges from Industrial process such as manufacturing (chemical, Pharmaceutical, Steel, etc) and food processing (slaughterhouses, sugar mills, etc). This recycling of water is used to separate oil and water, separate emulsified oils, and provide our customer with a quality of water that can be reused for their processes. During the past decade, environmental concerns have escalated around the world. Governments are responding by applying regulations and pressure on various industries to reduce unproductive consumption of chemicals and discharge of hazardous Wastes. WETICO’s Specialized Team of Engineers works in partnership with clients to solve most of their Environmental Problems caused by Industry. Numerous processes and state-of-the-art technologies are applied at WETICO to treat wastewaters of diverse types of industries, such as Physical, Physiochemical, Biological and Bio-chemical Processes.

WETICO analytical lab services are the starting point for any water or wastewater treatment solution. The laboratory service provides commercial and domestic water suppliers and industrialists with affordable access to a suite of analytical services to test soil, water, fertilizer and microbiological quality. Launched in 1992, the service covered the Gulf Region offering customers a new cost-competitive solution for water and soil testing that goes beyond traditional analysis by recommending expert solutions and providing customized specialty products for specific mediation. Refurbished in 2005, the laboratory expanded its capabilities through an investment of over $1,000,000 U.S.

After analyzing the problem, knowing our client needs and using updated technologies (i.e. software and engineering tools), WETICO will provide full range design of water/ wastewater treatment technologies for industrial, medical, domestic or any other application complying with international standard codes or those provide by the client. Our qualified Engineers will provide a complete study of each case presented and accordingly present different solutions and executions methods. The optimum solution is then selected and executed upon the client’s approval.

Manufacturing and assembly of the designed project as per shop drawings and selected standard code procedures are WETICO’s concern to ensure high quality products. Our manufacturing personnel are all qualified in their fields and carry the appropriate certifications. In addition, testing before delivery witnessed by a QA/QC Manager as well is a key element to the solutions we provide to our customers.

Door to door delivery in Inter-City as well as Middle East Region. Freight Packing as per the international standard shipping sizes is our procurement concern. This is to ensure that our systems will be delivered safely.

Once and optimum solution is approved by our client, our professionally trained and qualified staff will install the plants at site under the supervision of our Field Engineers, checking that work is completed on schedule, and monitoring the quality of work as per contract drawings.

Our commissioning team inspects the plant before the operation starts: testing water quality, power connection, correct installation and calibration of operation to ensure that the quality of products guarantee customer satisfaction. In addition, all processes are guidelined with all technical data and step by step troubleshooting in the form of Operation Manuals.

With over 70 Engineers, WETICO provides complete service support for all plants supplied by us or others. Our service includes operation & maintenance contracts, supply of spare parts, consumable chemicals, technical consultancy, modifying and refurbishment of old plants.
