Hydrants
Williams - Zero-Loss-Hydrant Unit
Simple. Practical. Proven. Over 30 years ago, we designed the Zero Loss Hydrant to solve a common problem on farms: making it easier and cleaner to connect to irrigation hydrant points. Since then, it’s become a game changer- with thousands now in use across New Zealand and around the world. Built to sit above ground, the Zero Loss Hydrant is designed with simplicity and flexibility in mind. The Williams Basic Hydrant Unit includes a durable frame, changeover tube, and our proven pressure-sealing V-seals for leak-free performance. To complete your setup, simply add inlet and outlet fittings to suit your application.
Williams Riser - Hydrant Unit
The 'Riser' Hydrant are a popular addition to the Williams product range. At Williams, we don’t overcomplicate things. Our Riser Hydrants are designed with one purpose in mind -to make on-farm effluent systems simple and more reliable. While riser hydrant designs are not new to the market, our experienced installation team has worked with many different brands over the years- giving us firsthand insight into what works and what doesn’t. We took the best features from across the industry, added our own improvements, and built a hydrant that’s stronger, smarter, and better suited to on-farm use.
Filter
Williams - In-Line Effluent Filter
The Williams In-Line Effluent Filter is designed to effectively remove debris that can cause blockages in irrigation nozzles. It's straightforward design allows liquid to flow through a durable internal screen, capturing unwanted particles. Cleaning is quick and hassle-free—simply open the top, remove the screen, discard the debris, rinse, and reassemble. This user-friendly feature makes maintenance a clean and effortless task.
Pontoons
Williams - Pump Pontoon Multi-Drum Float
The Williams Pump Pontoon is a durable multi-drum float designed to support effluent pumps and stirrers on ponds or concrete tanks. Now featuring a quick-release system, removing the pump is simple - just undo 4 coach bolts and lift the pump straight off, with no need to disconnect the outlet pipe. Using a pontoon keeps your pump floating at a consistent depth, ensuring reliable performance from the surface of the pond. The standard set-up suits all effluent pumps from 5hp to 30hp. Pontoons are secured to the pond or tank edge with either a boom or a guide system. A guide or legs can be added to prevent the stirrer from hitting the bottom of the tank.
Pumps
Williams Pooma - Model 65 - PTO Pump
The Williams Pooma 65 Pump is specially designed to handle effluent with high levels of solids. Its powerful double chopper system finely chops fibrous material, greatly reducing the risk of blockages and keeping your system running smoothly. A built-in lubrication chamber protects the mechanical seal if the pump runs dry for a short time. The Pooma 65 can be mounted on a 3-point linkage frame or trailer to suit your setup.
Stirrers
Williams Moopoo - Superior Mixing Stirrer
We designed the Moopoo Stirrer to deliver superior mixing performance while keeping the motor size low. Available in two lengths- a 0.6m option for pontoons and a 2.5m version for wall mounting in concrete sumps- it runs at 200 rpm with a large propeller and a stainless steel shaft. With no bearings in the effluent and a fully sealed gearbox, the Moopoo requires no maintenance, making it a reliable, hassle-free solution for your effluent system.
