Willie Washer can machine parts from a wide range of ferrous, non-ferrous, and plastic materials. We offer spacers, bushings, and other turned parts in short to medium runs. These can be supplied with internal and external threads, secondary holes, notches, grooves, or other features in a wide range of materials.

As the name implies, heavy fender washers are thicker versions of the standard fender washers. Heavy fender washers are at least twice as thick to provide greater strength when the thinner options just won’t stand up. Heavy fender washers are utilized heavily in the automotive industry by technicians. Thick fender washers are specifically utilized to perform body repair projects on vehicles. A variety of heavy fender washer sizes are utilized with wood paneling, drywall, plumbing, and electrical projects.

Square OD Washers are offered for applications where a round washer might not work. Square washers have a larger surface area than round washers with the same outside diameter. The larger surface area on square washers spreads loads over a larger area and also increases resistance. Stainless steel square washers are utilized to protect surface finishes and spread loads in a fastener assembly system that utilizes square headed fasteners.

C Washers feature a unique design that is identical to the letter C. A slot is cut from the center of the C Washer to the exterior to ensure an intuitive removal, insertion, and replacement process. Slotted washers and C Lock Washers are able to be inserted or removed without disassembling the bolts. C Shaped Washers are designed to boost productivity throughout the repositioning and insertion process. C Lock Washers and Slotted Washers are available in various thickness levels to ensure compatibility with your project. C Lock Washers can also be used as retaining washers by fitting them onto a grooved shaft. Belleville washers or conical washers are the strongest type of spring washers available. These types of washers are also referred to as disc springs and feature a conical shape that allows them to work like a heavy-duty spring and provide high spring loads in tight places. Belleville washers feature a convex disc that is supported by forces on the exterior and center of the disc. Disc springs are able to be configured singly or stacked to develop the optimal load. Belleville disc spring washers are able to achieve extensive forces with short spring lengths. Conical washers produce little to no movement throughout the compression process. Willie Washer implements strict quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process to ensure our selection of disc springs do not underperform when subjected to specified loads over an extended timespan.

Countersunk finishing washers are designed to be used with flat or oval head screws. Flush countersunk washers provide a similar purpose when compared with flat washers, but they also offer a reliable bearing surface for flat head screws. Countersunk washers are also utilized for sealing purposes with flat head screws. Industry professionals utilize countersunk finishing washers to spread force in a similar manner as a pan-head screw. The countersunk finishing washer and screw is applied in a flush position.

Basic or Standard Cup Washers have the sides of the cup or dish bent at roughly 90 degrees. The basic cup washers are manufactured in a shape that allows for a variety of uses in an array of applications. Standard cup washers are used to cover bolts or nuts for safety or anti-tampering requirements. Cup washers are also used to compress insulation and sealant materials. Additionally cup washers are also utilized as spring retainers.

We offer Terminal Cup washers in materials such as low carbon steel, brass, and copper. Terminal Cup brass washers are formed like basic and standard cup washers, but with a notch or cutout on the side of the cup. The notch on terminal cup washers is used to accommodate wires in electrical applications. The notch on each cup washer helps retain the wires and avoid slippage. Cupped washers are actually a type of spring washer that is developed with a semispherical shaped body or a beveled edge. Cup washers are utilized with spring retainers, locators, housings, spacers, and end caps.
