Crossle design and manufacture complete air handling solutions focused on dairy applications requiring high standards of finish (polished and buffed). We can also provide ducting and structural assemblies, the solutions can include fans, filtration and moisture eliminators. Units are available with either single phase or 3 phase electric motors.

Crossle Coils manufacture a range of Direct Expansion cooling coils to suit Customer Specifications/Drawings, or they can be built to sample for retrofitting. Refrigerant is introduced to the cooling coil through some form of expansion device. The expansion device reduces both the pressure and the temperature of the refrigerant to some point colder than the air stream that is passing over the coil.

Hot Water Heating or Chilled Water Cooling coils can be designed and manufactured for all of your Air Conditioning, Space Heating, Process Heating or Cooling applications. Coils can be designed to specification, or built to customer drawing or sample. Standard materials of construction are Copper Tubes and Headers with Raw Aluminium Fins but coils are available in many other materials including All Stainless Steel Construction.

From the economical range for HVAC through to the High Performance range for tough conditions with extremely long life, there is a pocket filter for every application. Available in a range of designs with G4-F9 media [EN779:2012] / ISO Coarse – ePM1 [ISO 16890] which is being phased in from mid 2016 to replace all EN779 grades. ISO 16890 covers a range of particle sizes from 0.3 – 10 um which models normal application types more realistically.
