1. Expansion sleeve is a keyless connection device, its principle and use is through the action of  high strength tensile bolt,between the inner ring and shaft, between the outer ring and the hub  of a huge holding force, in order to achieve the keyless connection between the parts and the  shaft. When under load, by the expansion sleeve and parts, shaft combined pressure and  associated friction to transfer torque, axial force or both of the composite load. 2. Expansion sleeve connection mainly has the following advantages: high accuracy; Easy to install/adjust/disassemble; High strength,stable and reliable connection; Protects equipment from damage during overloading, especially for transferring heavy loads 3. Z2 expansion sleeve is composed of an open double cone inner ring, an open double cone outerring and two double cone compression ring.
