The dynamic checkweighers of the HC-M series provide the perfect weighing technology for challenging medium range checkweighing applications. They are the link to the series EC-E and HC-A scales and provide up to 250 weight values per minute for the complete medium range.

The SC 20 "Mini" complements the already globally successful (due to its modular philosophy) SC product family. The outstanding feature of the SC 20 is its extremely compact design. On a total system length of 700 mm, the products are inspected and safely discharged from the product stream. All software tools known from the SC family are used. The scope of performance of this network-enabled scanner includes foreign body detection, quantity, shape, completeness, and fill level control. The scanning process continuously documented. The X-ray inspection system SC 20 “Mini” reliably achieves outstanding inspection results at high product throughputs of up to 400 pieces/min - with the lowest false reject rates.

The globally successful SC product line meets the highest standards of modern quality management. Nothingis left to chance in terms of process safety and hygienic design. A high performance camera detector equippedwith HD-TDI technology ensures high resolution and sharp X-ray images, while providing the optimal basis forthe image processing software developed at Wipotec. The SC-B 30 X-ray inspection system is the ideal entry point for the quality X-ray inspection of incoming raw material. Foreign body detection at the beginning of the production process leads to optimization of the line efficiency by reducing product losses and downtimes. In contrast to the end-of-line check, contamination is removed before processing, thus reducing the number of products ejected. Large foreign bodies, such as metal parts, can damage machines and may be split into many small, undetectable fragments. X-ray inspection at the beginning and end of the production line supports monitoring of the production process. Foreign bodies, which appear at the end of the line, are frequently the cause of damage to production machines. Once the source of the foreign body has been found, it is possible to initiate repairs or the procurement of spare parts at an early stage.

Scales of the HC-SL series are designed for products up to a maximum 60 kg. The high weighing accuracy (up to 5 g) permits speeds of up to 2.9 m/s in calibrated mode. These excellent values are achieved by the sandwich construction which creates a rigid platform for the parcel to travel over the scale weigh bridge. It also ensures a noise reduction to below 65 dB.
