The Mustang Analysis and Measurement Group works across a broad range of industries providing solution oriented analysis, measurement and monitoring services. Mustang’s Construction Services group will add value to your project. Our construction management and inspection personnel are experienced in working as part of a Mustang EPCM project or as client representation on stand alone projects. We are experienced and capable of executing projects onshore or offshore, at either domestic or international locations. Our proven construction management capabilities combined with our experienced inspection services team provides Total Project Delivery to any project.

Engineering - Mustang offers a full complement of engineering disciplines, allowing us to provide quality results that are representative of our Project Driven philosophy. We have the expertise to take an offshore or onshore project from start to finish – from conceptual studies to startup and commissioning – and beyond. Mustang engineers are among the industry’s most experienced and, with our low attrition, provide a work team that is consistent from one project to the next. Our seasoned veterans are complemented by a highly trained cadre of young engineers; specialists that intimately know vessels, materials , environmental requirements and other specific facets of your project; and a support team that is second to none.

Mustang Australia works closely with MSi as an integrated team on many Flow Assurance projects where the expertise of MSi is beneficial. Flow Assurance work in Australia is currently contracted through Mustang. The team combines the flexibility and innovation of a small company with the strength and additional support provided by Mustang Houston and MSi.

Laser scanning is a means of obtaining a 360-degree data capture within x, y and z axes that provides a three dimensional view of a facility. With a scanning camera operating at ultra-fast speed, it collects up to 500,000 individual surface geometry measurements per second and creates a ‘point cloud’ that can be viewed with specialized software. It is a way to bring a ‘smart’ digital picture of a facility back to a designer who, using the industry’s predominant 3D CAD modeling software, can design or redesign facilities.

Mustang’s Procurement Organization encompasses a “one-stop shop” for global project procurement services under an umbrella that includes responsibilities for: Global Sourcing Strategies, Procurement/Subcontract Execution Planning, Transportation & Logistics Studies, Procurement & Subcontracting Procedures, Vendor/Subcontractor Qualifications & Surveys, Requests for Proposal/Bid Evaluations, Office & In-Shop Expediting, Vendor Inspection Coordination, Home Office Materials Management, Load-out/Transportation Coordination, Job Site/Field Material Control, Purchase Order/Subcontract Administration, Supplier Invoice Administration & Control.

Mustang"s Project Systems Management (PSM) group supports projects with assistance in establishing plans, procedures and Best Practices implementation. We help align our design engineering expertise with client needs by fully integrating with their project management process. PSM can help project managers work with any Owner"s Stage Gate process. Working closely with project managers and project engineers, Mustang adds the support necessary through our own Stage COACH methodology to make your unique project successful from start to finish. Our advantage is two-fold: hands-on project experience and project planning expertise.

Mustang utilizes a formal Quality Management System that is focused on the identification, documentation and implementation of the design, engineering, procurement and construction management requirements of a project and satisfying the Client"s requirements regarding the quality of the work. The Mustang Quality Management System relies upon the use of Mustang formal plans and procedures, and any Client specified project procedures, to define and control processes that have a direct effect on project quality. The purpose of the Mustang Quality Management System is to provide a means of ensuring project activities conform to the design criteria, specifications, applicable industry codes and standards, and that the final product is safe, functional, reliable and cost effective. The Quality Management System serves to compliment the innovative design process at Mustang.
