WOM - Hydraulic Fail-Safe Actuator
Designed for both surface and subsea applications in conjunction with Magnum Gate Valves, the Hydraulic Fail-Safe Actuator houses a quick disconnect mechanism which allows for fast removal of actuator from valve without disturbing the body/bonnet connection. Once removed, it provides easy access to valve stem packing. In addition, the actuator body totally contains the spring under compression, making field service safer and quicker. Liberal use of wear rings prevents metal-to-metal contact, reducing wear, scoring, and galling. Available for use on valve sizes from 1-13/16” through 9” with API ratings of 2,000 to 20,000 psi and as Fail-Open or Fail-Close to match pressure control requirements and customer applications.
WOM - Pneumatic Fail-Safe Actuator
Pneumatic Fail-Safe Actuator is compatible with anti-explosive decompression seals and energized non-elastomeric lip seals WOM’s quick disconnect mechanism allows for fast removal of the actuator without breaking the body/bonnet connection providing immediate access to the stem packing. Redundant wear rings ensure that the WOM fail-safe pneumatic actuator will deliver the user a long operational life with minimal service & repair.

WOM - Model 30 - Patented Dual-Seal Ball Valves
WOM’s Dual Seal Ball Valve is the only trunnion mounted ball valve with two independent seats on both sides of the ball. The Primary Seat take the normal wear and tear when the valve is cycled. If it ever gets damaged the Secondary Seat takes over. This redundant sealing technology can more than double the useful life of the valve. Additionally, even after the Primary Seat gets damaged, it will continue to work as a wiper ring. Each time the valve is cycled the Primary Seat will clean trash and line debris off of the ball before it can damage the Secondary Seat.

Super Power (SP) Tandem Boosters are designed to enhance the shearing force of any size ram-type BOP. Eliminates need for spacers, connectors and other parts used in traditional tandem boosters. SP Boosters provide twice the shearing force than traditional Tandem Boosters. Weighs less than traditional boosters. Other major brands of BOPs may be retrofitted with SP Tandem Boosters.

WOM - Model 550 - Gate Valve
The Model 550 Gate Valves provide the versatility and interchangeability necessary for a wide range of demanding flow control applications, including manifolds and christmas trees. Body and Bonnet are constructed of forged steel for maximum reliability and safety. For severe applications, weld-clad corrosion-resistant alloy linings can be applied to base forgings for maximum protection for the valve’s internal service area. Model 550 Gate Valves are also available in forged stainless steel.
WOM - Torque Reducer Gate Valve
The operating cycles of High Pressure Manual Gate Valve is a tough task in extreme weather conditions which requires 3 to 4 persons to operate the valve. WOM has re-engineered and come-up with an innovative design of torque reducers, which has unique operating mechanism which greatly reduces the operating torque so that the valve can be opened or closed with ease of operation by single person. WOM’s Torque Reducer valves do not have a balance stem mechanism, which uniquely eliminates one of the leak paths. This valve is more compact in height as compared to other Torque Reducer valves available in market, giving more flexibility to accommodate for any application.

Subsea Intervention System
WOM’s Subsea Intervention Systems are available in both Riser and Riser-less configurations. WOM’s LIS design considers maintainability and ease of internal/external inspection and cleaning. Seals and gaskets are easily replaceable in field conditions, areas where sea water/produced fluids may become trapped are easily dismantled. The Lightweight Intervention System (Riser-less) provides operators with deep water intervention capabilities from a wider variety of vessels and at less than half the day rate cost of traditional intervention systems. Deploying the LIS from a vessel has become an effective alternative to intervene and repair subsea wells compared to utilizing conventional drilling rigs.
