Dragonfly - Next-Generation Strain Sensors
Dragonfly offers advanced strain sensors characterized by their piezoelectric crystal quality combined with a flexible design. These sensors are acclaimed for being the world's thinnest piezoceramic sensors, available in both passive and IEPE versions. With unmatched precision and reliability, the passive sensor and IEPE sensor exhibit sensitivity values with a wide bandwidth range and high operating temperature tolerance. Notably, the passive sensor requires no external power supply, whereas the IEPE sensor operates with minimal power consumption. Designed for large-scale deployments, these sensors exhibit a high dynamic range capable of capturing critical vibration data with precision. With their ability to conform to curved surfaces and complex geometries, and pre-fitted with SMA coaxial cables, they ensure seamless integration with varied data acquisition systems. Additionally, Dragonfly sensors stand out with zero lead concentration, promoting an environmentally friendly approach.
Dragonfly - Passive Sensors
The Dragonfly strain sensors represent an evolution in piezoelectric sensor technology, emphasizing both flexibility and robust design. These sensors are noted for their thin and lightweight characteristics, boasting the title of the world's thinnest piezoceramic sensor. Equipped for precise and reliable performance, they are designed for large-scale deployments and offer a plug-and-play experience. The Dragonfly Passive sensor provides high sensitivity across a wide bandwidth, functioning optimally from 0.01 Hz to 1 MHz with no power requirement, while operating up to 140°C. The Dragonfly IEPE sensor also features commendable sensitivity and operates within a frequency range of 0.02 to 100,000 Hz, powered by a low-consumption 4 mA current. Both sensors cater to diverse applications through their capability to conform to curved and complex shapes. Notably, Dragonfly sensors achieve low intrinsic noise levels, allowing for more precise measurements and higher accuracy. Furthermore, they are environmentally conscientious, boasting a lead-free composition, setting them apart in piezoelectric technology.
